Fox News Jesse Watters and HuffPost Ryan Grim Fight During White House Correspondent's Dinner

By

A clash between Fox News host Jesse Watters and Huffington Post Washington Bureau Chief Ryan Grim was utterly reported at MNSBC's White House Correspondent's Dinner after party last Saturday. There were some witnesses who spoke and even lend their hands to halt the altercation and the night was said to have definitely not gone down smoothly.

According to Sydney Morning Herald, both Grim and Watters were said to not have had an existing personal relationship but the supposed source of argument came from one that dated since 2009. It was said that Amanda Terkel wrote a certain column about getting 'harassed' and 'ambushed' by Watters.

To make things more interesting, as per Yahoo, Terkel is now a Huffington Post colleague of Grim, who was said to have attempted to record Watters at the MSNBC party. That was then what triggered the Fox News host to snap and not appreciate the action that he reportedly snatched Grim's phone and instigated the situation.

Sean Spicer, Republican National Committee Executive Director, gave valiant efforts to break up the fight officially. He said that he did it in order to maintain the peace within the night, given that ironically, it occurred at the U.S Institute of Peace building. A witness declared that 'punches were definitely thrown' during the night, as noted by Washington Post.

Watters, according to a Fox News spokesperson, is slated to address the issue Monday on The O'Reilly Factor. Grim then backed up his actions with a solid statement and was quoted, "Ambush guys can't take getting ambushed. Maybe he should think about his life choices."

Some of the delegates around the vicinity were able to take pictures and footages of the supposed fight, and as much as the night was said to have been already well on their own, the fight spiced things up, as some claimed. Closure on the argument is yet to be confirmed.
