Homefront: The Revolution Out Mid-May; Guerilla Warfare 101 Trailer Reveals New Weapons, Factions and Enemies

Homefront: The Revolution is Deep Silver's take on a trigger-happy gamer's paradise. The latest trailer for the game highlights not only the weapons, factions and opponents that the fans can expect, but also the vast possibilities that surround the game as it moves forward. Moreover, the diversity that the title's weapons can give will prove an utmost advantage.

According to VG247, Homefront: The Revolution recently released a new footage to enlighten fans on one of the more admirable traits that the shooter game will provide. Aptly entitled Guerilla Warfare 101, the game may have necessary spoilers at hand as far as delivering details is concerned.

It was noted by PC Gamer that Homefront: The Revolution's latest trailer narrates the obligations and duties of a so-called rookie, pertaining to the gamers themselves. Moving against the KPA or the Korean People's Army, the freedom fighters will rely on the expansive array of weaponry laid out for various missions and obstacles. Given that the opposition has air support, stealth detectors, drones and simple all-out firepower, the movement that the gamers are to participate in will need all the help they can get out of each vicinity's entirety to accomplish their goals.

The trailer, as per Games Radar, the KPA is equipped with biometric-sentient equipment, and that instigates a more advanced technological approach. Gamers will be able to change a gun's functionality in the field; making a simple shotgun go full-automatic, easy sniping mounts and a load more others. Players can also choose what type of explosives they can set for the enemies, such as timed, thrown or triggered. Overall, the weapons will have the privilege of being more versatile along the way as well as a fully loaded guerilla tool kit.

Homefront: The Revolution comes to the market on May 17th, 2016 for the next gen consoles. Keep posted for further updates on Deep Silver and Dambuster Studios' shooter marvel.
