'Hawaii Five-0' Season 6 returns April 1: Danny and his children chases down thieves who stole his car

CBS decided to put "Hawaii Five-0" Season 6 on a 2-week hiatus to make way for the upcoming 2016 NCAA Basketball Tournament. Despite the delay, executive producer teased some spoilers for the upcoming episode, and the network has released the official plot description of episode 18 'Kanaka Hahai' which is slated to premiere on April 1st.

"Hawaii Five-0" Season 6 was set aside by CBS and the new episode which was slated to air last Friday, March 18, has been postponed for an April airing instead. According to Hollywood Hills, the network decided not to release the show's new episode to make way for the coverage of the upcoming big March Madness, 2016 NCAA Basketball Tournament which will run for 2 weeks.

Other than that, executive producer Peter M. Lenkov teased some details for the April 1 episode of the Leonard Freeman-created series. According to Ecumenical News, Lenkov revealed that Danny 'Danno' Williams' (Scott Caan) car gets stolen. Despite of being in danger, the said incident will bring Danny and his children closer as they go on a fun and adventurous quest to get their car back.

Fortunately CBS has released the official plot synopsis of episode 18, The Futon Critic notes, "When a man left for dead drifting off the coast of Oahu, Five-0 uncovers a deadly slave trade operating aboard an illegal fishing vessel. Also, while Danny is out with his children, his car is stolen so he commandeers a bus to chase down the thieves."

"Hawaii Five-0" Season 6 Episode 18 is entitled as "Kanaka Hahai " (The Hunter). The show is scheduled to return with its newest episode on Friday, April 1, 2016 at 8:00 p.m. first and exclusive on CBS.

"Hawaii Five-0" is an American police procedural TV series created by Leonard Freeman. The storyline serves as a reboot of the original series.
