Street Fighter V: Input Lag Problems Worse than MKX, Skullgirls? New SF Game Maybe in Development

By

Capcom's Street Fighter V has been talked about even before it was launched and through it, the developers may have known what to do with the game as it progresses. However, there are still some concerns recently that have been bugging the fans and could break the game further on.

According to The Weekender, it may seemingly be too early for many but a next Street Fighter game may be at hand not too long from now. The reason behind it is a presumably simple one; the current game seemingly is not up to par with the expectations of the avid fans.

As per Event Hubs, recent footage witnessed online showcased the issues that current players are facing with Street Fighter V namely, the input lag. Battle(non)sense posted the said clip and with it, the community was able to see the obvious input lag that has plagued the game so far. Though such cases may be tolerable to some gamers, it was inevitably compared to other fighting games such as Mortal Kombat X and Skullgirls and showed the obvious difference; even being compared to the successful previous title, Street Fighter 4.

It was noted by The Bit Bag that because of it, those who are consistently following the Street Fighter franchise were seemingly turned off by the particular anomaly and went to the extent of dubbing Street Fighter V the worst fighting game so far. Being compared to others that exist in the generation such as the relative two-dimensional Mortal Kombat X and the Bandai Namco masterpiece Tekken 7, Street Fighter 5 may be in danger of getting scraped off the contenders list.

Street Fighter V was released last February 16, 2016 for the next-generation consoles. One of the more prominent feats that the game possesses is the privilege of playing in cross-platform, which permits those with different forms of hardware to enjoy the gaming experience.
