‘Longmire’ season 5 premiere date set in September? Vic, Walt romance to take center stage next season?

'Longmire' season 5 will start filming next month. The possible release date might be set in September, same as season 4's pattern. As per storyline, there are no specifics announced yet. But it was speculated that Vic and Walt budding relationship will have a great development.

Fans have to wait a little longer before Netflix drops 'Longmire' season 5. But as of today, many are already psyched to know when the show's comeback. However, Netflix is yet to announce the show's release date and probably because filming is about to start.

In a twitter post by actor Lou Diamond Phillips, he revealed that they will start shooting for 'Longmire' season 5 next month, March, and no specific date indicated. The announcement of Phillips also sparked speculations that the air date of Season 5 will be in September. The show might follow the same pattern as in season 4, according to Parent Herald.

In the previous season, viewers saw a glimpse of the love life that surrounds Walt. However, he ended up deciding what he really wanted. The love life of Walt may be featured more in the upcoming season of 'Longmire'.

Master Herald also reports that Vic and Walt budding relationship might have a great development. The publication also mentioned that the "love" angle is what just the fans wanted to see in 'Longmire' season 5. However, it is still up on Netflix whether to listen to the fans of the show or not.

It also sparked fans interest more when the 'Longmire' Facebook page posted a photo Walt and Vic with a caption questioning what future holds for the two.  While it is sweet to think, many followers reacted that Vic is too young for him. And many wanted Lizzie Ambrose back to Walt, after she disappeared from the show.
