‘The Good Wife’ 7x16 Spoilers: Peter’s case discussed in “Hearing”; Can Jason be the ‘last’ man for Alicia?

As the series finale of 'The Good Wife' is near, Peter Florrick may have his curtain closed soon. Season 7 Episode 16 spoilers reveal that the charges against Peter will be discussed. Meanwhile, Jason Crouse and Alicia Florrick relationship is making a great progress. Jason may be the man she will be with until the very end.

The political drama by CBS 'The Good Wife' will conclude its season 7 on May 8, 2016. As the days are running out for the show, viewers will get to see intense scenes coming from the beloved characters of the show.

Last episode 15, viewers saw Alicia shares an intimate time with her private investigator Jason Crouse.  But before the episode ends, Jason considers his relationship with her complicated since Alicia is still married with Peter in the eyes of the people.

Still, 'The Good Wife' season 7 episode 16 will see some progress of Jason and Alicia's relationship. He could be the man who will stay with her until the last moment of the show. In fact, IBTimes reports that the series ending is both happy and sad for Alicia. Perhaps, Alicia will finally be happy in the arms of her new man, Jason.

As per synopsis of the 'Hearing': "As the grand jury against Peter Florrick is assembled, with Assistant U.S. Attorney Connor Fox (Matthew Morrison) leading the proceedings, Alicia, Eli and Peter's lawyer, Mike Tascioni (Will Patton), attempt to discover what charges are being leveled against him. Also, Alicia and Jason attempt to spend a quiet weekend together but are interrupted by her meddling family."
