Authorities said 20-year-old student Dylan Quick went on a building-to-building stabbing spree attack, before being captured. They said he randomly attacked unsuspected students with a razor-type knife at a Texas community college, many of whom were stabbed in the face and neck, the Associated Press reported. He was charged Tuesday night with three counts of aggravated assault. The Harris County Sheriff's Office also said that Quick told them he fantasized about stabbing people to death since elementary school, and planned the attack for a while.

Two people remain in critical condition.

Authorities said that pieces of the blade were found in at least one victim, the sheriff's office said. Broken blade pieces were also found in the area where the stabbing occurred on campus at Lone Star Community College in Cypress, Texas. The handle was discovered in a backpack that Quick was carrying when he was arrested, authorities said.

Diante Cotton, who is 20 described being sitting in a cafeteria with some friends when a girl walked in clutching her neck yelling, "he's stabbing people! He's stabbing people!" When she walked out side she and her friends saw another half-doen people with injuries to their faces and necks, and some were being loaded into amulances. The most critically inured evacuated in medical helicopters, the AP reported.

Some neighbors described Quick as a quiet person, and were shocked to learn that he could have committed such a devious act.

Police got the initial reports at about 11:15 a.m, Fox News reported. After the suspect with a knife was reported on the campus, and stabbed numerous victims, the school was placed on lockdown. The suspect was reportedly taken down by a few students at the school, and not by law enforcement, Foxnews.com reported.
