Rumors have spread that "Attack on Titan" Season 2 will be the last to air on television. Apart from that, a preview from the upcoming season has been leaked online plus, the official synopsis for the premiere episode has been revealed.
As reported by Ecumenical News, rumor has been circulating it that the 2nd installment of "Attack on Titan" will also be its last season to air on television, This is because the season premiere of the manga series adaptation already covered 34 chapters and 4 story arcs with only 27 volumes left to be released.
Other than that, an alleged leaked footage of the "Attack on Titan" Season 2 preview has been circulating all over the internet. According to Christian Today, the spoiler clip showed a scene where a city lies inside the walls which shields the humans from the Titans. Suddenly, a group of Scout Legion found out that one part of the wall holds a Titan inside it.
As for the official synopsis for Season 2 premiere episode, Cross Map notes, "Kevin Ackerman (Levi's uncle) will try to eat Eren Yeager in order to get the Coordinate-- in case you are wondering, the Coordinate is an ability that is most recognizable for allowing the user to control Titans. It is currently in the possession of Eren Yeager. Needless to say, Kevin Ackerman will spit out Eren Yeager finding out that you need to be a Reiss in order to get the Coordinate.
Also, "Attack on Titan" will also have a "Clash of Titans" story arc which will unveil the true identity of lovers Ymir and Krista Lenz. And yes Ymir is also a titan roaming around the wall for 60 years before coming back to her human form; only after eating Marcel a friend of Reiner Braun, Bertolt, and Annie."
As of now, no official scheduled launch of "Attack on Titan" Season 2 has been released yet. "Attack on Titan" is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Hajime Isayama.
