Lindsay Lohan Out on Bail for Punching Tiffany Ava Mitchell in Avenue Night Club in Chelsea, Manhattan (Watch Video)

Lindsay Lohan is out of jail on bail after being arrested and charged with four misdemeanors for punching Tiffany Ava Mitchell at the Avenue Night Club located in the Chelsea region of Manhattan, New York on Thursday.

No sooner did she leave jail that the "Liz and Dick" actress finds herself in another controversy. According to Yahoo OMG, the 26-year-old, threw her assistant Gavin Doyle out of her car minutes after he bailed her out.

"You're not coming with us!" she said, "Gavin get out of the car, get out of the car Gavin! Get him out of the car, now! Gavin get out! Gavin get out of the f**** car. Now!"

In the video below, Gavin is heard telling Lohan "OK. Never speak to me again," just as he is thrown out of the car.

Lohan, noted more for getting into trouble with the law rather than her body of work as a film actress, was arrested Thursday for punching Tiffany Ava Mitchell in the face at the Manhattan club. Mitchell, who is a popular palm reader and physic from Florida, allegedly offered to read Lohan's palm at the club.

Lohan told Mitchell "I need space," after which she punched Mitchell in the face, as reported by the New York Daily. Shortly after police took her into custody. She is due in court Jan 7.
