Woman Serves in Prison for smashing Cowell’s Window

LONDON. - 30-year-old Leanne Zaloumis plead guilty Friday before a jury in London to throwing a brick into the window of entertainment star Simon Cowell's mansion.

Zaloumis admitted to the court that she threw the brick into Cowells bathroom window, shattering the glass and then entering the house, when she was discovered by the former American Idol Judge with the brick in hand. She admitted to destroying property but denies allegations of burglary.

Zaloumis was arrested in Cowell's mansion on the 24th of March. Since she pled guilty there will be no trial. Zaloumis already served three months of the 102 days in prison. Judge John Denniss has granted her conditional bail and has been banned from going near to the 52-year-old Cowell.

According to reports, Cowell was watching TV when he heard a loud noise of shattered glass coming from his bedroom bathroom, when he rushed in to see what had happened, he discovered Zaloumis

Max Clifford, Cowell's spokesman told the Associated Press, "Glad that the judge was understanding and sympathetic, and hopes that she (Zaloumis) gets some help and support."

Cowell reached tremendous popularity when he was on the hit Fox Music Show - "American Idol." The A&R executive is also noted for his role as judge on 'Britain's Got Talent" and "The X-Factor."
