Former Clippers owner Donald Sterling filed court papers on Thursday seeking to appeal the dismissal of his anti-trust lawsuit against the NBA. Sterling sued the NBA for damages of $1B after his wife Shelley agreed to sell the team to Microsoft ex-CEO Steve Ballmer for $2B in 2014.

Three Melbourne Girls Grammar students are caught in a drug scandal but have not been issued criminal warrants. The three teenagers were found in possession of illegal substances such as cannabis and ecstasy during a drug bust at their school formal on April 15.
