Three people were arrested by the FBI over marriage fraud charges. These people are connected with the San Bernardino shooter Farook where one of the three people, Mariya Chernykh entered into a 'sham" marriage to stay in US while the other two, Tatiana Farook and brother-in-law Syead Raheel Farook staged as witnesses.
