On Tuesday Pakistan announced that it would reopen its routes that were closed for NATO supply lines to Afghanistan after Secretary of State, Hilary Clinton apologized for the deaths of 24 Pakistani caused by the U.S. drone strikes.

A man that has been in a Philadelphia prison since the age of 16 for his role in a street slaying has filed petition for his release in the wake of the Supreme Court decision that ruled any law that hands down a juvenile with a life-time sentence without the option of parole unconstitutional.

In her first public appearance after her two-week tour of Europe, popular Burmese political prisoner Aung San Suu Kyi urged the Burmese President Thein Sein, to release 46 prisoners, who were scheduled to be released from prison Tuesday. San Suu Kyi says that at least 20 among the 46 prisoners are prisoners of conscience.
