Army Brigadier General Jeffrey Sinclair's attorney Richard Scheff is confident that the US Army will not demote his client prior to his retirement, Detroit Free Press said.

The US Supreme Court's rejection of hearing the state of Delaware's revival of its private arbitration cases program upheld an earlier federal court ruling, which said that the proceedings under the program should have public access, Reuters said.

According to a class-action suit filed by Celeste Farrell against Tutm Entertainment, the company denied its customers a right to an informed choice when it did not put labels in several albums like "Hits of the 80's" and "Hits of the 90's" that the songs in them are already pre-recorded or sung by different singers.
