Zimbabwe's president Robert Mugabe has changed the constitution of his ruling ZANU-PF party to allow him to directly appoint his deputies, giving the 90-year-old sole power to anoint his successor, party sources said on Sunday.

According to reports, the film will focus on the life of Naruto, his love story with Hinata, and the path that he took to become a Hokage. A new character will also be introduced in the movie which will reportedly threaten humanity because of its unique ability to control the moon. Meanwhile, a spinoff mini-series is also set for release next year. It will still be written by "Naruto" creator Masashi Kishimoto and will be shorter compared to the "Naruto" series.
