Isidora Goreshter admitted that there was a time on set where she filmed scenes for " Shameless"  Season 6 while wearing an adult diaper and pumping milk in between takes. Also, Showtime has released the official plot description of episode 11 'Sleep No More' and last week's episode 10 'Paradise Lost' is recapped for fans who have missed it.

Isidora Goreshter reveals a shocking revelation about how being an actress and a mother is like via Gotham Magazine. Goreshter revealed that there was a time where they shot some sex scenes for her character, nine days after she gave birth to her baby. During those days, Goreshter admitted that she had a hard time managing to pump milk in between takes and she wore an adult diaper while on set.

As for the official plot synopsis of episode 11, TV notes, Frank Gallagher (William H. Macy) offers to pay for Fiona Gallagher's (Emmy Rossum) wedding reception and then goes scamming around town to raise the money. Meanwhile, Sean Pierce (Dermont Mulroney) fears that Frank will end up hurting Fiona and confronts him on it. Their difference of opinion quickly descends to a brawl."
