'Shameless' to be cancelled after season 7? Season 6 'Pimp's Paradise' episode airs Feb. 21

Rumors have surfaced that "Shameless" will be cancelled by Showtime after its 7th season. Also, the network has released the official plot description of season 6 episode 7 "Pimp's Paradise" and a recap of what happened in the previous episode 6 "NSFW" is available here fans who have missed to watch it.

Rumor has it that 'Shameless" is in danger of being axed by Showtime after its 7th installment. According to TV Series Finale, the network has renewed the dramedy series for season 7 even before season 6 aired. Unfortunately, the household ratings of the first three episodes of season 6 has been impressive. Its 1st episode only received a 0.63 rating in the 18-49 demographic and.has garnered a poor number of 1.4 million viewers.

As for the official synopsis of episode 7, Hollywood Hills notes, "Carl Gallagher (Ethan Cutkosky) is going to struggle with Nick Gehlfuss' (Robbie Pratt) absence and will remake the Gallagher home into his crib. He will also invite his friends over to party and make music. Frank Pacheco (Tony Milkovich) and Queen (Sherilyn Fenn) will end up ruling the house, and Debbie Gallagher (Emma Kenney) is going to return when she is let go by Erika (Ever Carradine) and Tyler (Michael McMillian)."

"Shameless" is an American comedy-drama TV series developed by John Wells. The storyline serves as a remake of Paul Abbott's British series under the same name.
