'Brooklyn Nine-Nine’ Season 3 airs Episode 12 Jan. 19; Jake and Holt contracted with mumps

FOX has just released the official preview for "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" Season 3 Episode 12. In addition, the official synopsis for the upcoming episode has been revealed while for those who missed the previous 11th episode, a recap is provided here. 

FOX Network has launched the official preview clip for the upcoming episode of "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" Season 3. As posted on Latin Post, the video features Jake Peralta (Andy Samberg) and Captain Ray Holt (Andre Braugher) joined forces to face the less than ideal circumstances.

As for the official synopsis of episode 12, Spoilers Guide notes, "Jake and Holt underestimate the mumps. When Holt and Jake accidentally contract the mumps during an investigation, they decide to be quarantined together in hopes of still solving the case.

Meanwhile, Rosa Diaz (Stephanie Beatriz) tries to help Charles Boyle (Joe Lo Truglio) through a mourning process, and Terry Jeffords (Terry Crews) is forced to clean up Hitchcock (Dirk Blocker) and Scully's (Joel McKinnon MIller) mess."

For the recap of the eleventh episode, TV Fanatic has detailed that Captain Holt participated in a street dance competition after they spilled his coffee on him while Charles wanted to have a baby with his new love interest, however his former wife Eleanor holds his sperm bank donation in hostage.

With that being said, Jake and Charles tried to get the sperm back but failed to do so. On the other hand, Amy wanted a recommendation for Terry to be her mentee unfortunately, she accidentally injured Terry. Holt and Rosa brought a criminal with credit card fraud knowledge. Also, Gina asked for a 2nd chance but ruins it.

"Brooklyn Nine-Nine" Season 3 Episode 12 is entitled as "9 Days". The series is slated to return on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at 9:00 p.m. exclusively on FOX Network.

"Brooklyn Nine-Nine" is an American police situational comedy created by Dan Goor and Michael Schur. The storyline is set in the fictional 99th precinct of the New York City Police Department in Brooklyn.
