The second accused man for Baylee Wylie murder has been arrested on charges of first-degree murder weeks after police officials launched a manhunt in connection with the case.

According to The Chronicle Herald, the people being searched by the police are accused of murder and arson in the death of Wylie last month. Const. Jullie Rogers-Marsh said in a statement that 18-year-old Tyler Noel was arrested on Saturday afternoon in a vehicle near Peticodiac.

CBC reported that police officials were called in the area where Noel was arrested due to a break-in. Noel was reportedly inside a vehicle with two other people, who were also arrested. It is unclear though who these people are and if they have a hand in the killing of Wylie.

Following the arrst, the aunt of Wylie released a statement via text message saying, "Yesterday was a good day for us. We received notice that Tyler Noel had been captured at approx 3 p.m. If you could only understand the feeling of relief as my sister heard across the phone that they had him." She added that the search efforts should now concentrate on a third suspect, Global News reported.

Wylie's body was discovered after a fire at a home in Moncton last December 17. Devin Morningstar, also 18, was the first one to be arrested days after the fire. One more person is being hunted by police officials now. She has been identified as 20-year-old Marissa Shephard.

Rogers-Marsh noted that the last suspect is still at large but the arrest of Noel is already in development. Officials have warned the people that she is dangerous due to  the violence and the nature of the killing she and the two others have inflicted on Wylie.

It is yet to be determined what the motive in the killing was as the investigation is still ongoing. Noel will be appearing in a Moncton provincial court this January 13 at 9:30 in the morning.
