The actor that is noted for his lighter roles in romantic comedies, Ashton Kutcher, is preparing for possibly his biggest role on the silver screen, the former legendary CEO of Apple Inc. Steve Jobs.

Kutcher currently stars in the hit sitcom "Three and a Half Men." He gained popularity due to his relationship with actress Demi Moore, seven years his senior. In 2011, Kutcher starred along side Academy Award Winner Natalie Portman in "No Strings Attached," his other films over his careers have achieved moderate to little success.

The movie, "jOBS" will premier at the Sundance Film Festival at the Closing Night event to the festival in January 2013, being held in Park City, Utah. The film also stars actors Dermot Mulroney, Josh Gad, Lukas Haas, J. K. Simmons, and Matthew Modine It is directed by Joshua Michael Stern, who directed movies such as "Swing Vote" (2008) and "Neverwas" (2005); Matt Whiteley is the screen writer.

The promos of the film describe the biopic as a "the true story of one of the greatest entrepreneurs in American history, jOBS chronicles the defining 30 years of Steve Jobs' life. jOBS is a candid, inspiring and personal portrait of the one who saw things differently," as reported by the Wall Street Journal.

Jobs is noted for revolutionizing Apple. He lost his battle to cancer on October 5, 2011. He was 56-years old. The current CEO for Apple Inc. is Tim Cook.
