Tuesday marked the close of a three month trial between Apple Inc. and Samsung Electronics Co. over patent issues the two tech giants, who made their closing arguments in a Court in San Jose before a jury of nine and Judge Lucy Koh.
Prosecutors in the George Zimmerman trial are requesting that his medical records be released. Zimmerman, who is being charged with the second degree murder of 17-year-old Travyon Martin, however requests that the Judge review the records and only release information relevantto the case.
When Congressman Todd Akins decided on the last minute to cancel an appearance on CNN’s “Pierce Morgan Night” show, the anchor was not left struggling for words to fill up empty space allotted to the interview with Akins. Instead, Morgan used to opportunity to bash the 65-year-old senate candidate, who had been receiving enough derision for his “legitimate rape” comment as it is.
