A convicted child rapist was caught with child porn while under federal supervision for previously failing to register as a sex offender after he moved from Tennessee to Rhode Island.

Jaymeson Delgizzi, 31, was convicted of aggravated sexual assault on a minor and sentenced to 11 years in prison in Hickman County, Tennessee, in 2013. He was also ordered to register as a sex offender, abc6 reported.

Delgizzi was released on parole in January 2023, after which he removed his electronic monitoring bracelet and fled to Rhode Island.

He was convicted of violating the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act after he failed to register as a sex offender following his move, and he was sentenced to five years of federal supervised release.

While awaiting trial in November 2023, abc6 reported law enforcement was alerted that a Google account traced to Delgizzi was uploading child porn. On Jan. 17, 2024, police executed a search warrant and found pornography videos and images involving children.

He pleaded guilty to two counts of child pornography possession on Sept. 17, 2024, and was sentenced to 10 years in prison on Wednesday.
