‘Transformers 5’ Spoilers: Optimus Prime to embark in an intergalactic quest for ‘The Creator’

Despite reaping negative reviews from movie critiques, Michael Bay's "Transformers 4: Age of Extinction" undoubtedly rules the box office after earning a whopping $302.1 million globally in its initial frame.

While some fans are rejoicing over the worldwide success of the "Age of Extinction," most of them are very eager to know about the fifth installment of the movie.

With the cliffhanger conclusion of "Transformers: Age of Extinction," moviegoers and spectators are all abuzz about where the next sequel of the movie, the alleged "Transformers 5" will carry on.

Upon triumphantly conquering the all-refurbished Decepticons, the Autobot forefront Optimus Prime engaged in a quest for "The Creator," the very root of the transformer species.

Reports suggest that the fifth franchise of Transformers will feature Optimus Prime's intergalactic journey to Cybertron, the planet where both the peace-loving Autobots and the dissenting Decepticons originated.

Speculations about the 2016 premiere of "Transformers 5" are also currently plaguing the internet. Immediately dispelling this issue is Transformers Producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura.

In an up-close interview with Digital Spy, di Bonaventura dismisses the rumors about the release of Transformer's succeeding installment in 2016. Albeit the aforementioned year marks the 30th anniversary of the series' animated film, "The Transformers: The Movie," the transformer producer is convinced that "Transformers 5" will not be able to make that historic date.

"We can hardly handle doing one movie at a time to think about the next one," di Bonaventura stated. "When the dust settles, we'll talk about it. 2016 sounds a little rushed to me, but we'll see."

Meanwhile, original cast of the live-action Transformer films, Meagan Fox and Shia LeBeouf are also said to have an alleged reunion in next Transformers series.

While Fox is open to the idea of a "crossover" with the new cast, LeBeouf is highly skeptical if he will be back for "Transformers 5." However, he announces that he will be doing another Michael Bay movie, but not Transformers.
