Felony Charges for Williams

Williams, upon her return, was detained and has been charged with abandoning a child with intent to return, a significant felony offense. Keegan Childers, the chief prosecutor of the District Court, remarked on the severe risk and harm posed to the children because of their apparent abandonment.
