The Supreme Court of the State of Colorado ruled on Monday that an initiative to repeal the Taxpayer Bill of Rights ("TABOR") is a single subject that can be voted on in one referendum.
The case arose when the Title Board declined "to set a title for proposed Initiative 2019-2020 #3", which would be asking people in the state of Colorado to repeal TABOR. The Title Board "declined to set a title for this initiative because it concluded that the initiative did not constitute a single subject as required by the Colorado Constitution."
