Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X Latest News & Updates: Phablet Is Officially Unveiled In China; Snapdragon 625 Included

Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X has officially been launched in China, months after the refreshed variant frequented the rumor mills online. And judging some of its specifications, the phablet is definitely slated to steal the spotlight from its competition.
NDTV has reported that Chinese tech behemoth Xiaomi Inc. has launched the Redmi Note 4X in China. And despite its lack of revealed features, few noteworthy specifications and surprises have been outed. Accordingly, the firm has introduced the new Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X Hatsune Miku Limited Edition. The special variant is scheduled to be retailed on Feb. 14, 2017.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X Hatsune Miku Limited Edition comes with 5.5-inch display, similar to its predecessor Redmi Note 4. The beefed up version is also revealed to be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor. 2015's Redmi Note 4 sported the MediaTek Helio X20 deca- core chipset in China while its Indian counterpart was equipped with Snapdragon 625 as well.
Optically, Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X is armed with a 13-megapixel rear camera sensor while its front-facing snapper is yet to be revealed. The device is also supported by a massive 4,100mAh battery.
Meanwhile, Xiaomi along with Japanese firm Crypton Future Media is poised to release Redmi Note 4X Green variant in limited quantities. The company will also bundle the Hatsune Miku branded case along with a Mi powerbank for every purchase of the special variant. Apart from the green version, the device is also revealed to be coming with Champagne Gold, Matte Black, Cherry Powder and Platinum Silver Grey color variants, The Indian Express has shared.
More features and specifications of Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X are slated to be revealed in the following days. As such, Xiaomi is yet to announce the pricing information of Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X. Pricing details are expected to be announced on Valentine's Day.
