The Meizu M5S hasn't been announced yet but that won't stop leaks from spreading. The latest information shows leaked images that show some of the upcoming features including its price.

A post from gizchina.com shows two images that reveal tons of features for the Meizu M5S. The photos show the handset itself along with the complete retail packaging. As with all smartphones today, the packaging includes the handset, the charger and a micro usb cable for the charger.

Manuals are also included but are in Chinese. But the front of the packaging clearly displays the 5S logo text which assures that this is the actual phone. On bottom side of the box, specs are also displayed.

The handset on the leaked photos show a finger print scanner on the front with a 5.2 inch display but sports only a 1280x720 HD panel which may disappoint some potential buyers. The specs description also shows that the model sports 3GB of internal memory and 32GB of built in storage.

Camera for the Meizu M5S will come at 13 megapixels with a 5-megapixel front facing camera. It will be powered with a octa-core 1.3GHz processor (MediaTek MT6753 SoC) and a 2,930 mAh battery.

The model number for the leaked phone is M612Q and is reportedly the mid-end version of the Meizu M5S. Other versions will feature 2GB for the low end while 4GB for the most expensive variant.

Gizchina also reports that the price for the Meizu M5S will be 1299 Yuan for this version. This will cost approximately $190. Meanwhile GSM Arena reports that the 4GB variant will cost around $220.

Based on the recent leaks, the Meizu M5S is aiming to target the budget friendly market looking for entry level smartphone with reasonable specs. What differentiates the Meizu M5S from other entry level phones are the rumored variants that will have different price points. This will allow potential buyers to have a variety of options for a entry level phone.
