Madonna has reunited with son Rocco in London as the singer shared a captured moment with him on Instagram. Aside from catching up with her son with director Guy Ritchie, the Material Girl singer is also committed to fix the custody battle between her and Ritchie.
As reported by People, Madonna flew to London to have a mother and son reunion with Rocco and have some bonding time. The mother and son tandem reportedly watched a screening of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Madonna also invited Rocco's friends to their home in London.
The singer posted a photo of her with Rocco in her Instagram account with her arms around his neck as she captioned the photo by saying "We need! Love". While in London, Madonna tried to find a solution to the ongoing custody battle between her and Ritchie.
According to Inquisitr, the conflict began when Rocco decided to stay with his father in London although the court previously ruled in favor of Madonna in terms of the custody of the youngster. The issue further became public when a fake Instagram account bearing Rocco's name was created with "Son of a B****" written as its bio.
The account was created after Madonna referred to Rocco as a "son of a b****" during the Rebel Heart Tour in Australia. Rocco previously created an Instagram account but has since deleted it. A source reportedly said that Madonna is keeping the doors to her London home open for when Rocco comes home.
"She is determined and focused. She's very concerned for his wellbeing. She has been exercising every day to make sure she is in perfect health for when they meet." the source said. The British court adviced Madonna and Ritchie to find amicable solution about the custody battle. As reported by ET Online, if the singer and her former husband is unable to come up with a solution the New York court would finalize a decision or a family mediation.
Madonna and Ritchie filed for divorce in 2008 and it was decided by a New York court that the custody for Rocco would be in Madonna. Aside from Rocco, Madonna is also a mother to her daughter, Lourdes, as well as David and Mercy.
