Google has now been confirmed of having multiple competition cases which was generated over the many years since it existed. Sparring against a handful of competitors all over the globe, Google seemingly has its hands full with some wins and losses within their cases so far.

The internet search and advertising site Google was confirmed of being held by Alphabet Inc., and has taken on many potential threats in many industries, such including media, telecoms and automobiles. Corporations are not the only troublesome roads that Google had to go through, as judges and regulators hold on to Google for many competition cases as per Yahoo.

According to News United, Google may have repelled the charges of anti-competitive behavior for a number of years, but the comapny has felt the wrath of several antitrust cases all over the globe. Canada's Competition Commission closed a certain inquiry to Google's search and advertising methods since 2013, opposing to that of the European Competition Commission in charging Google with anti-competitive charges regarding its Android mobile phone operations.

Reuters delivered the competition cases for many countries include the USA, having dealt with problems from 2007, 2008 and all the way to 2013. Such include issues from DoubleClick, Yahoo and FTC. In 2015, an investigation ran to see whether Google was wiping off search results from its competitors via their Android operating system.

Europe experienced cases from 2009 to 2010, and again on 2013, 2014 to 2015. Rival and industry trade groups filed complaints against Google regarding competition concerns for the first two years. 2013 and 2014 opened up potential settlements for the antitrust probe, and according to new EU Antitrust Chief Margrethe Vestager, Google was putting more favorable results to itself with the distortion of search engine responses last year.

South Korea, however, clears Google after a two-year antitrust inquiry brought by local search rivals in 2013. In the same year, Brazilian CADE investigated whether Google scrapes the content from rival websites for personal benefit.

India's CCI or the Competition Commission of India has concluded a three-year enquiry into Google's paid search results last year, accusing Google of overusing its superior status. No timeline was given yet for the final decision. Similar to South Korea, Canada closed their investigation after three years and said they will make no action towards the company.

Google's cases became two-sided after the verdict that the involved countries spoke of their sentiments. So far, Google is yet to disclose what they intend to do with the aforementioned cases.
