Katy Perry And Orlando Bloom Had A Romantic Getaway In Aspen

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom spent a romantic getaway in Aspen, Colorado.

Katy Perry, 31, and Orlando Bloom, 39, spent the weekend away from Los Angeles. The couple brought heat as they spent a romantic escapade in Aspen, a ski resort and a year-round destination in Colorado's Rocky Mountains.

According to E!, Perry and Bloom went to Aspen to attend Jamie Schneider's wedding. Schneider is a wardrobe stylist. The couple were joined by other big stars such as Cameron Diaz, Nicole Richie, Rachel Zoe, Jessica Alba and Kate Hudson.

While in Aspen, Bloom took it as an opportunity to go on snowboarding with his friend for about three hours while Perry decided to stay in their hotel. After Bloom's snowboarding session, the two went for a stroll around the town and do some shopping.

According to a witness, the two were very sweet over the weekend. "They were arm in arm and looking very in love," the witness said to E!. "They looked like regular tourists, just strolling and enjoying themselves."

This is not the first time that Perry and Bloom spent a vacation together. Last February, the two were spotted in Hawaii holding hands and hiking, according to ET. During their stay in Hawaii, the couple stayed at a private house and did activities together such as hiking, dining and riding a helicopter. In fact, this is the first time that Perry and Bloom have been spotted openly engaging in PDA. "They looked very loved up and really into each other," a source said. "They were comfortable letting everyone see them as a couple - lots of PDA and hand holding."

Things must be pretty serious with these lovebirds. According to Celebuzz, Perry already met Bloom's family when they visited the actor's hometown. Bloom apparently took Perry on a roadtrip across the country and that's when she met his beau's mom, Sonia, for the first time.

As Elle reported, Perry and Bloom were first seen together during the Golden Globes in January 2016. The two were spotted catching up and flirting and even sharing a vape after dancing together. Since then, rumors surfaced that the two are an item. Both of them actually came from high-profile relationships. Perry's first husband was Russell Brand. They were married in 2010 and got divorced in 2012. After her divorce, Perry was engaged in an on and off relationship with singer John Mayer for several years. On the other hand, Bloom was married with Miranda Kerr from 2010 up to 2013 and has a 5-year old son with the model.
