"The Jump" Star Tina Hobley to Sue the Series' Production company and Channel 4 Over her Injuries

British actress Tina Hobley is considering on filing a lawsuit against the television series production company of "The Jump" and Channel 4 after sustaining arm injuries while taping the said show in Austria. The casts of the British television series had been reported to have been injured in the recent weeks.

The Mirror reported, Tina Hobley plans to sue the show's production company, TwoFour and Channel 4 following the recent accident that resulted to the injuries of the celebrity casts of the show. Hobley, who was notable for her role in Holby city as Chrissie Williams was one of the injured casts in which she sustained a dislocated elbow and a fractured arm.

According to Hobley, she swerves her way in order to prevent a collision to a production crew member, Independent cited. "Tina's fall was caused by simple human error. The Jump adheres to the strictest safety protocols to ensure that the health and safety of the competitors is always paramount," Channel 4 stated. After the recent weeks of accidents, the show's production has been called off. The actress is thinking to sue the makers.

"Someone told me to jump and it wasn't safe to jump. So it wasn't an accident that was my fault. 'What happened was painful," Daily Mail quoted. The Jump series is on its third series, a reality TV show which follows celebrities as they try to master various winter sports.

A total of seven injured celebrities had been recorded on the said show. One of the stars who was on the show's injured list was Beth Tweddle, an Olympic gymnast. During the show, Tweddle sustained the most serious injury while on the mountain course, in which she suffered two vertebrate damaged.

The mountainside has left more injured victims, such as Made In Chelsea's Mark-Francis Vandelli, Olympians Rebecca Addlington and Linford Christie, Sarah Harding, Joe Swash and Heather Mills.
