Bethesda's DOOM may still be a number of months away, but there are already some treats that are promised by the development team themselves. Before the mid-year release presents the actual game, a throwback of the past success in which the game can be recalled is also expected.

According to Tech Times, it was officially announced by Bethesda that pre-orders for the DOOM reboot will entitle the gamers to digital copies of the series' predecessors. The first two games of the series, Doom and Doom 2: Hell on Earth will have their respective codes given, which may take about seven to ten days after pre-ordering. The surprises do not end there, however, as a new pack is expected to surface.

According to Geek, a new pack named Demon Multiplayer Pack that presents six skin variations, six metallic paint colors, three ID logo patterns and six hack modules; which is only the beginning. A premium collector's edition which comes with a 12-inch Revenant Demon statue, situated on an LED-lit base with an internal spinning turbine. Of course, the said edition will come with the game, comfortably packed inside a steady metal case.

Game Rant noted that the title will have new amazing attributes to look out for, while keeping true to the series' main pointers. One promise that fans have looked into would be the ability to morph into a Revenant under certain conditions, enabling a much bloodier, gruesome gameplay.

The DOOM reboot is expected to come to the stores on May 13, 2016. The title is not meant to serve as a fourth continuity in any way, and in relation to it, the original title known as Doom 4 has been set aside for the DOOM label. Stay tuned for more updates on Bethesda's DOOM, as it advances towards its awaited release date, sharing the success along with other Bethesda titles in existence and still bound to come forth.
