Romance, reconciliations and a magical proposal will rule Genoa City for the week of February 15. However,confrontations and revenge will not be far away if "The Youngand the Restless" (Y&R) spoilers will be believed. Here is what's in store for the week.
Monday - Billy prepares an elaborate Valentine's Day surprise for Victoria when he set up the Top of the Tower to look like Venice. The romantic night ended with a proposal from Billy that she happily accepted. However, he decides to still pursue his internet project with Phyllis and Natalie behind Victoria's back.
Elsewhere, Neil continues to struggle with his drinking problem. According to She Knows Soaps "Y&R" spoilers, he tells Lily that he is back on his program to get her to leave him alone at the Valentine's Day event.
Devon and Hilary also worry that the three of them working together might drive Neil to drink again. The couple are also working on their relationship after Hilary asks him for another chance. Meanwhile, Cane and Lily also have rekindled their relationship when they have a secret rendezvous.
Tuesday - Phyllis will struggle to keep her revenge plans from Jack. Things becomes more contentious between Adam and Luca as the former challenges the latter once again. Chelsea meanwhile, shows up in red lingerie at Newman Enterprises.
Wednesday - Hilary outshines and steal the spotlight from Neil according to Soap Central "Y&R" spoilers. She later discovers that she has been on denial all along and realizes it's Devon that she wants. Devon becomes confused by her feelings to him but gives in to a moment of passion with her.
Sage has nightmares about Christian. Meanwhile, Nick urges Dylan to close in on the Dr. Anderson case.
Thursday - Celebdirty Laundry "Y&R" spoilers say Abby worries about her future with Stitch as more obstacles hound their marriage. She sets boundaries with Max after he walked in on her and his dad. Meanwhile, Phyllis warns Summer about Natalie in keeping with her plan to make Natalie look like a con. Phyllis is serious with her revenge against Victor.
Elsewhere, Paul is convinced that it was Patty who killed Dr. Anderson and gets frustrated with Dylan when he seems to drag the case out. However, Dylan and Nick have their own theories and have their own investigation.
Friday - Victor gets a shocking news from Adam that spurs him to go on the warpath. Billy confronts Chelsea on what she knows that she isn't telling him. Meanwhile, Nick and Sharon unite because of a crisis with Noah.
It will be another exciting week based on this week's "Y&R" spoilers. The soap airs weekdays on CBS.
