‘The Big Bang Theory’ Season 9 Spoilers: CBS Comedy Snags Adam West for 200th Milestone Episode to Air on Feb. 25

The Big Bang Theory has tapped Adam West aka the original Batman for the show’s 200th milestone episode.

Slated to air on Feb. 25th, the star-studded episode will also feature the return appearances of Wil Wheaton, Dr. Beverly Hofstader (Christine Baranski), Leslie Winkle (Sara Gilbert) and Barry Kripke (John Ross Bowie) – according to a report from TV Guide.

Although CBS is still keeping the storyline under wraps, the casting bits revealed can definitely make for another epic half-hour of comedy.

The news of Leonard’s mother (Mrs. Hofstader) and his former flame (Winkle) returning for the hit sitcom’s momentous hour could only mean that the showrunners are about to deliver another set of good laughs.

On Thursday, fans already expressed their excitement over the 200th episode after series star Kunal Nayyar posted an image of the script.

Asked as to whether something big is being planned, Raj’s portrayer replied with a “maybe” which can be interpreted in many ways. Will there be a huge plot twist is abound? That’s a question viewers are gonna have to tune-in for.

As to what happens next week, Big Bang Theory is set to air its Valentine’s day-themed episode.

Per the network’s synopsis, viewers will find Sheldon and Amy hosting another segment of their favorite bonding, “Fun with Flags”. Elsewhere, Raj will find himself confused with his feelings for Emily when he meets a cute girl at the comic book store.

Leonard and Penny take on the special occasion with a crisis as they grapple with getting older. Howard and Bernie, meanwhile, will find a yet to be known surprise in their hot tub.

The Big Bang Theory Season 9 episode titled “The Valentino Submergence” is slated to air on Thursday, Feb. 11 at 8PM.
