Patrons of Apple Inc. who have been waiting for the upcoming MacBook Air and MacBook Pro 2016 version could expect the devices to be out first half of this year. The MacBook Air 2016 is reportedly slated to be unveiled on March while the MacBook Pro 2016 will follow three months after.

According to Master Herald, the upcoming notebook of Apple may be launched March this year. As for the MacBook Pro, there are speculations that the full laptop would debut on June during Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference. However, there is still a possibility that both notebook and laptop lines could be launched in March.

Apple has done the same technique when it launched the iPad Pro together with the iPhone 6S, the iPhone 6S Plus, the iPad mini 4, and the Apple TV September 9 last year. It was noted that the huge tablet, iPad Pro, only arrived to retail markets in November.

Moreover, MNR Daily reported that the MacBook Air 2016 might come with a choice of either a 12-inch or a 15-inch model. It could be armed with the latest Intel Skylake processor, as well as a Touch ID and Force Touch, similar to the iPhone 6s.

As for the MacBook Pro 2016, Parent Herald stated that this laptop might house a Broadwell type of Inter processor while the larger version will have the older Haswell Intel processor. But in contrary, Geekbench has uploaded an alleged benchmark result which supported the claims that the new laptops in the market already used the latest Skylake Intel processors.

Aside from having an Intel Iris Graphics 550 graphics, the tech news outlet also stated that the machine is already running the unreleased 3.3 GHz Intel Core i7-657U processor, indicating that the laptop could be a high-end 13-inch model.

Rumors have it that the 2016 MacBook Air and the 2016 MacBook Pro will be both solar-powered.

Although the release dates of the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro 2016 are not yet confirmed by Apple, it is safe to expect the devices on March. If not, it is most likely for the company to unveil those this September 2016 together with MacBook Air 2016, iPhone 6c, iPad 3 and Apple Watch 2.
