Bristol Palin’s Baby Daddy Still Unrevealed, Ex-Fiancé Dakota Meyer Claims He’s The Biological Father

By

After giving birth to her daughter Sailor Grace and sharing it to the world through her social media, Bristol Palin still remains mum on the identity of her baby's father. To this, her ex-fiancé Dakota Meyer came up to take the honor and proclaims himself as the father.

According to TMZ, Dakota Meyer has gone public claiming himself to be Sailor's biological father. It seems that he's so sure Sailor came from him that he has already petitioned an Alaskan court to lay claims on Palin's daughter. Reportedly, Meyer is seeking joint custody of Sailor as well as child support.

While it seems fortunate that Meyer is appearing to take responsibility, this however has gathered the outrage of Bristol's mother, Sarah.

"For many months we have been trying to reach out to Dakota Meyer and he has wanted nothing to do with either Bristol's pregnancy or the baby," the former vice-presidential candidate and Alaska Governor Sarah Palin told Entertainment Tonight. "Paramount to the entire Palin family is the health and welfare of Sailor Grace."

Meyer's lawyer states that the former Marine wants to be part of his daughter's life, as reported by Alaska Dispatch News. Very much so that he posted a photo of Sailor on his Twitter account on Dec. 24 with a caption, "Best Christmas present ever!! I couldn't be more proud of this little blessing."

The lawsuit filed by Meyer stated that the former marine and Palin had a relationship and were engaged to be married until May 2015. Hence, Meyer believes that he is the biological father of the minor child.

Meanwhile, this is not the first time Bristol Palin faces custody and child support battle. The reality TV star previously engaged in a custody battle agreement with her ex-boyfriend, Levi Johnston, who fathers her 7-year-old son, Tripp.
