Fallout 4 DLC Rumors: Bethesda title's next expansion to take place underwater? Fans claim clues found within game

Bethesda's Fallout 4 surely has a lot up its sleeves in terms of possible downloadable content updates, and as early as 2016 is, rumors around the title have gone immensely viral. One of the most prominent speculations claimed so far is the tendency of the fourth title to have a downloadable content update that will actually take place underwater.

According to Forbes, Fallout 4 has indeed done marvels since it was released last year-and even the rumors that surrounded it were quite notable to many. For the start of the year, the one that stood out most was the tendency of an underwater update, in which some fans claim to have seen it coming.

Delivered by Express, there are some gamers that initially went on trekking around the maps to see if the said aquatic terrain can and will indeed be possible. Some said that the in-game characters mentioned them in conversations, as to even go with the theory that there will be mutated underwater creatures along the way. Moreover, there could be missions in which the gamers must overcome these obstacles.

A factor that perhaps triggered the speculation is the sighting of a Harpoon gun recently, in which fans are thinking that it will be used for a possible hunting exploration mission. Others believe that the underwater downloadable content pack will comprise mainly of opportunities for players to salvage supplies and resources that can be utilized in the near future, as per Christian Today.

Although all the aforementioned details are all considerable, Bethesda never gave out word on any affirmative decisions and until then, fans of Fallout 4 are to take everything as a grain of salt. The focus of Bethesda may not even be on the particular downloadable content yet, as other titles are on the verge of being launched into the public, such as the reboot DOOM.
