Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton might be indicted in the next 60 days

A former federal prosecutor suggests that Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton might  indicted within the next 60 days as the FBI continues their probe on her emails. The prosecutor claims that Clinton might be interviewed by the FBI.

Republican U.S. attorney Joe DiGenova said during his talk with radio host Laura Ingraham that FBI's investigation of Clinton's e-mails has reached a 'critical mass'. According to Daily Mail, FBI is probing on Clinton's private home-based server in New York during her time as the secretary of state in 2009 to 2013.

The FBI is investigating whether classified intelligence may have been compromised along the way in Clinton's set-up which she later denied. "They have reached a critical mass in their investigation of the secretary and all of her senior staff, and, it's going to come to a head, I would suggest, in the next 60 days", DiGenova said.

According to the Washington Examiner, DiGenova also revealed that 1,200 classified e-mails have already been found through the State Department. The number does not include the quantity that the FBI has retrieved in her hard drive.

DiGenova also noted that the FBI is yet to interview Clinton, which could eventually happen before they publicly announce their findings. He further stated that the decision to file a charge against Clinton will be in the hands of Attorney General Loretta Lynch and if the attorney files a charge, it could be a major issue in the FBI.

Meanwhile, the investigation continues as the FBI firmly expressed that they will not let political pressure get in the way of their search. "Anybody's view about an investigation they're not involved in is irrelevant", FBI Director James Comey said, as reported by Town Hall.

"We care about finding out what is true, and doing that in a competent, honest, and independent way. I promise you that's the way we conduct ourselves. As I've said many times, we don't give a rip about politics", he continued.

Emails and ongoing probe on Hillary Clinton might be the biggest lump in her campaign for the presidency. However, Clinton also claimed that the investigation is not centered on her and is not criminal. She previously testified in a congressional hearing last October.
