Final Fantasy XV Release Date Expected Within 2016; "True Form" of Title To Be Unveiled in March

The anticipated Final Fantasy XV has been marked by many fans of the series for quite a time. Now that 2016 is here, only the best news awaits the excited gamers and Square Enix is generous enough to give the information that everyone has been waiting for.

According to Wired, the highly-coveted Final Fantasy VII Remake is not the only title that the franchise gathers attention as Final Fantasy XV is also on the sights of the series' fans that follow. It was recently disclosed by the team behind the hit title that the specific release date of Final Fantasy XV can be expected within the year.

As reported by PlayStation Lifestyle, Hajime Tabata declared and was quoted saying, "This year, we will launch Final Fantasy XV. Currently, we've decided on all its specifications and are in production of the beta version in order to migrate to the debug phase. You'll see Final Fantasy XV at its truest during the March release date announcement presentation."

Because of the said news, Cinema Blend noted that fans are already looking forward a couple of months from today and are excited to hear from the Game Director himself. Apart from the anticipated launch date, gamers are also rendered enthusiastic to know just how the game will prove to be different from the rest. These sparks of interest include the question of what difference will the title bring forth to the table.

Tabata then unveiled that the story within the said installment will definitely move the game's entire journey forward. The story is managed in balance and will not be comprised entirely of open world, but will have other flavor factors to look out for such as various types of enemies and each character's evolution along the way.
