With the success of the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus, there have been speculations and rumors that have arisen about the successor of these handsets. Recently, a leak revealed interesting information about the rumored iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Mini and iPhone 7 Plus.
Android Origin reported that speculations have it that Apple's iPhone 7 might have a different model scheme, similar to how Samsung does it. Based on the latest information, the iPhone 7 will have three basic variety suited for everybody: the iPhone 7, the iPhone 7 Mini and the iPhone 7 Plus. This would mean that Apple will launch a small, medium sized and a big phone for everyone's needs. This is a trend originated from Apple when it released the iPhone s series and the iPhone Plus models.
According to the rumors, the iPhone 7 will have a screen size of 4.7-inch, the Mini version will have a 4-inch and the iPhone 7 Plus would have a 5.5-inch panel. This is a very large distinction and with the increase and decrease in size, it's natural to see some big hardware changes. Those dimensions sound advantageous for the average consumer because if they prefer smaller or bigger phones then Apple has them covered.
Another benefit is its pricing, as smaller models will be variably cheaper than the regular and Plus model so more people will be able to afford it. There is currently no word yet ragarding the price range of the upcoming series.
Going back to its specs, IBN Live stated on its article that the iPhone 7 could sport a 256 GB of storage. This will be the highest in Apple's lineup of iPhone up to date. The handset is also expected to be powered by a 3,100mAh battery.
It isn't clear yet though if the American tech giant would do away with the 16 GB base storage choice for its new iPhone 7. The mammoth battery for any iPhone no would be 12.7 percent bigger than the iPhone 6 Plus's 2,750mAh battery. It is also speculated that the upcoming iPhone will be as thin as the new iPod touch.
Gizchina added that a leaked image of iPhone 7 revealed the handset sitting on a wireless charging dock. This may indicate that the upcoming smartphone will have support for wireless charging technology. Additionally, a glimpse inside of the new phone also unveiled a powerful Apple A10 chipset.
For now, the American tech giant remains tight lipped about the predecessors of the iPhone 6 series, so fans will have to rely on the rumor mill for the iPhones 7, 7 Mini and 7 Plus' possible details.
