‘Diablo III’ Update: Fifth Season, Class Sets, Conquests Details Revealed

The hack and slash roleplaying game Diablo III season 4 ended and game developer prepares fans for the fifth season along with the contents of legendary patch.

According to PC Gamer, the fifth season of Diablo III will begin on January 15, 2016. Blizzard Entertainment is taking away seasonal legendary items in the incoming season. Instead new legendaries will be available through patch 2.4.0 which is available for all players. A new loot called Haedrig's Gift, a new package of set items, is also offered. Conquest are also updated while cosmetic items such as wickle pets, wings and pennants are on hand.

Aside from the beginning of a new season, the third installment of the Diablo franchise will launch an important upgrade, as posted by Forbes in their site. Aside from the addition of Greyhollow Island, legendary items are introduced by the Legendary Patch 2.4.0. Blizzard guarantees 50 new legendary items that will modify the game. For instance, armor sets are improved or reformatted and previous items considered as weak are developed to become durable.  

Details are shared through Diablo's official site, describing the changes for Season 5. Specifically mentioned is the class sets offered in Season 5:  

Barbarian: Might of the Earth

Crusader: Thorns of the Invoker

Demon Hunter: The Shadow's Mantle

Monk: Monkey King's Garb

Witch Doctor: Raiment of the Jade Harvester

Wizard: Firebird's Finery

The Patch 2.4.0 will bring new conquests and update the existing ones, the official site added. The Universe/Masters of Sets Conquest require players to complete eight different set dungeons of choosing. The Thrill/Super Human Conquests test the player without using any single set item. Sprinter/Speed Racer and Avarice/Avaritia make glorious come back. However, the Years of War/Dynasty now requires Greater Rift Level 55 solo to complete after its upgrade.

In addition to the changes is the Season Rebirth. This feature permits players to take non-seasonal character and transform them to seasonal character. Details of the Season Rebirth is posted in the official site of Diablo.
