It's the Holidays once again which means discounts will be almost everywhere, including on several gadgets and tech stuff. A few days before Christmas might just be one of the best times to purchase gadgets as retailers are offering up to $100 discount on several items.
According to The Wall Street Journal, retailers have relied on high discounts to boost their sales. 40% of these soaring sales also happen before Christmas. These price drop on items have subsequently proved to increase of sales in both brick and mortar stores as well as in online stores.
Number of packages to be shipped around the world also increase around this time of the year, and since its' still a couple of days before Christmas, customers still have ample time to shop items, especially gadgets that are now offered on a much lower price.
According to Latino's Post, smartwatches have been made more affordable with B&H Photo and Best Buy's $100 discount on Apple Watch Sport Edition. The 38mm variant of the Apple smartwatch is available for $249 while the 42mm variant is available for $299.
Samsung Gear S2 smartwatch is also available at $249.99 at Best Buy, Dell and Amazon, while the Pebble TIme Smartwatch is offered for $129 at B&H Photo. Moreover, as reported by USA Today, tablets are also more affordable, as the 16GB variant of WiFi iPad Mini 2 is now $69 off, with a price tag of $199 at Walmart.
iPad Mini 4 16GB variant is also available at $299.99 at Best Buy, as well as iPad Air 2 16GB WiFi version which has a price tag of $374.99, $125 off of its original price. WiFi iPad Air 2014 16GB version is also offered $100 discount at $299.99.
For Gamers, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 are currently available for $299.99. Best Buy is also offering the PS4 Star Wars Console with 58-inch Samsung 1080 SmartHDTV for $799.98. Madden 16 and FIFA 16 are also available for $29 in Walmart.
NBA 2K16, Grand Auto Theft 5, and Halo 5 are available for $15 off with its pricetag at $44.99. Call of Duty Black ops 3 and Star Wars Battlefront for PS4 and Xbox One are also up for sale in Game Stop at $39.99.
Aside from Black Friday and Cyber Monday, this Holiday season is the best time to shop especially on tech gadgets as Christmas is fast approaching. Thus, it would be best to hurry and make the most of the festive occasion.
