Texas Judge Says Obama’s Reelection Will Lead to Civil War: Judge Tom Head Says “We’re Talking Lexington, Concord, take up arms and get rid of the guy,” (Watch Video)

In a TV interview with Local Fox 34 News, Lubbock County Judge Tom Head said that if President Barrack Obama gets reelected in 2012 there will be civil war in the nation; in addition he says that Obama will compromise the nation's sovereignty by letting the United Nations take over.

Election year, especially when it is the presidential elections, always tends to bring out the worst level of animosity among both parties; the things politicians say to put the other down are almost always verging on outrageous. The comments of Judge Head are a perfect example of that when in a Tuesday interview he said,

"I'm thinking the worst. Civil unrest, civil disobedience, civil war maybe. And we're not just talking a few riots here and demonstrations, we're talking Lexington, Concord, take up arms and get rid of the guy," as reported on My Fox Lubbock.

In addition, Judge Head warns that if Obama does get re-elected the US will lose its sovereignty, here's why: "He's going to try to hand over the sovereignty of the United States to the UN, and what is going to happen when that happens?... Now what's going to happen if we do that, if the public decides to do that? He's going to send in U.N. troops. I don't want 'em in Lubbock County. OK. So I'm going to stand in front of their armored personnel carrier and say 'you're not coming in here'."

Later in an interview on Wednesday, Head said that he was referring specifically to taxes. He said they were taken out of context telling KJTV "my remarks yesterday, worst case scenario in my opinion, and how do you prepare for it...Do I think those are going to happen, probably not."

But then he also went and told told radio show host Jeff Klotzman that Obama and "his minions have filed...regardless of whether the Republicans take over the Senate, which I hope they do, he is going to make the United States Congress and he's going to make the Constitution irrelevant. He's got his czars in place that don't answer to anybody," as reported by CNN.

Heads comments did not go unheard County Commissioner Gilbert Flores told KJTV that he was embarrassed of the remarks and told the judge "I think you better plan to go fishing pretty soon," according to CNN.

Attorney Rod Hobson told KJTV, "Well you can either laugh or you can cry...When I saw the story I thought, once again, Lubbock is going to be the laughing stock of the entire nation. What is so sad he is our elected County Judge, who is in charge of a multi-million dollar budget. That is scary. It is like the lights on, but no one is home. There are certain situations where are off their reservations, I just think he is off his meds."
