Contrary to previous reports, "The Mentalist" season 7 is scheduled to air early next year. However, a sad news for fans is that they will be bidding goodbye to the crime series as the upcoming season is set to be the last installment of "The Mentalist."

In an interview, Stephen Amell shared of the blossoming romance between him and Felicity which will be materialize more in the new season. Additional characters will also be introduced and even the long-lost child of Oliver may be shown in the series.
