Two Perth men have been sentenced to life in jail after brutally and 'evilly' murdering Micheal Pruiti. Daniel Marchesano & Ben Mansfield both plotted to kill the 33-year-old victim and even had a third accomplish to help get rid of the body and any evidence.
The Midland County, Michigan is facing a lawsuit present to the court by Jack Marden's widow, after the 56-year-old prisoner died due to a spit mask. The prisoner who was imprisoned due to assault complained he couldn't breath with the spit mask on, however officers failed to remove the mask for their own safety reasons.
The family of a slain man in 1974 filed a lawsuit against the government in Boston after claiming FBI agents had information of their loved ones body's whereabouts but failed to inform the family. Paul McGonagle Sr was killed by James "Whitey" Bulger in 1974, however. it wasn't until the year of 2000 that the victims family knew of his whereabouts. The federal judge dismissed the case of which the family where looking for almost $10million in compensation.
Three men, including a California Sheriff Deputy were arrested a few days before the new year after $2million worth of marijuana were found in their vehicles. The three suspects that were driving to Pennsylvania to drop of the drugs were stopped during a traffic stop, and later on arrested after 250 pounds of the drug were found, alongside thousands of dollars and a gun.
