Flint's water scandal is still ongoing and yet, another lawsuit was filed against Flint officials. They were accused of actively discriminating residents as they have only provided clean drinking water to state employees.
Michigan's Republican Attorney General Bill Schuette appointed former prosecutor Todd Flood to spearhead the Flint's lead-contaminated water investigation. Issues however arise due to Democrat vs. Republican concerns.
