A West Virginia woman is charged with felony neglect after allegedly driving a teenager to the home of a man who had just threatened him with a gun.

Police responded to the complaint on Oct. 17 where a man said, "a 15-year-old-juvenile was refusing to leave the residence and a fight broke out," WBOY reported.

The teen was threatened with a gun, left, and then told Bobby Bailey, according to an interview between the teen and Buckhannon Police Department.

At that point Bailey, 52, drove the teen back to the residence where he'd allegedly been threatened.

Bailey and the teen "approached the door... in an aggressive manner," according to the complaint. The man and teen can be seen engaging "in a physical fight," wherein the teen is heard saying, "Put that god***n gun away and come outside," and that the man was "gonna shoot."

The teen ran over to Bailey's car and said, "Give me that gun," then returned to the door of the man's residence, documentation states.

The fight left the man with a possible broken nose and potential orbital fracture.

Bailey was charged with gross child neglect creating risk of injury and is at Tygart Valley Regional Jail on a $15,000 bond.
