A Washington man allegedly slit the throats of his two half-brothers and was purportedly headed cross country to murder a third before he was captured, say cops.

Seth South, 23, allegedly killed his teen siblings at their home near Poulsbo, Washington Wednesday, according to the Kitsap County Sheriff's Office.

South triggered the investigation when he allegedly called 911 himself to report that one of his brothers slit their own throat, KIRO-TV reported, citing court documents.

While on the phone, dispatch allegedly heard a struggle in the background and stayed on the line until officers arrived and found both siblings dead. South allegedly fled the scene before cops got there.

During police questioning, the boys' grandfather alleged to investigators South told him, "You're either with me or against me," and admitted to killing "the boys," according to the outlet.

South allegedly confessed to a friend that he was headed to Missouri to murder another sibling.

A few hours later, police spotted South behind the wheel of his truck on State Route 410 in Washington.

Officers deployed stop sticks to incapacitate South's vehicle and were able to take him into custody without incident.

While under interrogation, South allegedly assaulted one of the detectives.

He was subsequently charged with two counts of second-degree murder and one count of third-degree assault against an officer.

It's unclear if he entered a plea to the charges.

A motive remains under investigation.
