Sean "Diddy" Combs' attorney says the disgraced rap mogul allegedly can't wait to address the sex trafficking allegations against him.

Marc Agnifilo, a former Manhattan Assistant District Attorney and Diddy's lawyer, explained how he believes his client's trial may play out as part of the TMZ's upcoming documentary on the case.

Agnifilo also told TMZ that Diddy "can't wait" to testify in court.

"I don't know that I could keep him off the stand. I think he is very eager to tell his story. And I think he will tell every part of his story," Agnifilo said.

Agnifilo is breaking his silence nearly a week after Diddy was indicted in New York on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Combs has since pleaded not guilty to all three charges but was denied bail despite several attempts.

The judge presiding over the case agreed with prosecutors that the artist posed a serious flight risk as well as a danger to others.

While criminal defendants have the right to testify in their own trial under the Fifth Amendment, they rarely choose to do so as to not further incriminate themselves.

However, Combs is adamant that a jury hear his version of the story, reported The Daily Mail.

Furthermore, Agnifilo stated that his client will address the video from 2016 where Combs is seen beating his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.

"He has his story, and he has a story that I think only he can tell in the way he can tell it, in real time," he said.

"It's a human story. It's a story of love. It's a story of hurt. It's a story of heartbreak."
