"The Vampire Diaries" finale is coming and with the confirmation that Nina Dobrev will indeed be coming back to the paranormal series, it looks like it will be epic. Two teasers for the finale have already been released and they show Dobrev returning to the show for the first time since the last episode of season 6.

In the first clip, Dobrev, who recently starred in "xXX: Return of Xander Cage," is seen approaching a mirror where she sees her reflection. "What happened?" she asks. "Why am I here right now?" In the second teaser, on the other hand, it is shown that Elena meets a smiling Stefan, who seems to be dressed up in formal clothing.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly in promotion of "The Vampire Diaries" finale, Dobrev speaks out coming back to the set of the show. "It's like a trip down memory lane, and I have so many beautiful memories of the six years that I spent here."

For her part, "The Vampire Diaries" producer Julie Plec says that one of the best things about the show is the friendships with the cast membes and production team that have formed behind the scenes. In a video on The CW affiliate WWLP, Plec reflects on the eight years spent making the entire series. "All these friendships have been miraculous."

The next episode of "The Vampire Diaries" will be aired on Friday, February 17, at 8 pm ET on The CW. The Lawyer Herald will be posting more news about "The Vampire Diaries" finale and Nina Dobrev's return in the coming weeks.
